KOReader issues re: power button behavior #56

Description

@everdred

Standard KOReader behavior is to push reading progress to a sync server via the included "Progress sync" plugin, if enabled. If the plugin's "Automatically keep documents in sync" setting is on, this happens whenever books are open or closed, or when the device goes to sleep or wakes up with a book left open. However, when run via AppLoad, KOReader does not push progress when the device is locked using the power button and a book is open.

Similarly, KOReader has a timeout setting called "Autosuspend timeout" that typically handles screen locking and device sleeping after an idle period, to be awakened with the power button. If the application is run via AppLoad and the autosuspend is triggered, KOReader locks the screen and can't ever be unlocked without manually force-quitting the application with the Appload "X" window button.
