My application is very electrical focused. I was converting some untyped fields into UnitNet types, (AmpRating toElectricalCurrent, BendRadius to Length, etc.) When i got to CrossSectionalArea on my Wire Gauge table I changed everything to Area, but when i went to setup the Database Conversion function, i discovered there is not an MCM unit for area, nor was there a CircularMil unit.
MCM or (Mille Circular Mils or thousands of circular mils) is used in US electrical for defining the cross sectional area of the wires.
I know you would likely like to minimize extremely esoteric units, and while this is a weird way to define area, it is a pretty widely used one so I think it is worth adding.
I can add myself if this request is approved but didn't want to spend the time if you don't want it.
