[Feature] Quality of life improvements

Hello, this app is taking really nice shape :)
however I have some suggestions to make it even better:

• disable multi tasking view, that can easily make you briefly access to the blocked app. AppBlock does this and it's very effective
• in the focus timer allow holding "+/-" buttons to make the number increase rapidly, or allow using keyboard. Having an information like "focus will end at 16:00 of 2026-06-20" would be cool
• add the possibility to not have the president notification on top of the screen. it's really boggling me
