Demo: recreate the catch in the product's own design system

The video is now literally the dashboard: dark card grid, the ActivityFeed
ink card (its real header, ◆/▸/± feed rows) on the left, a ReviewPanel card
(verdict strip, medium severity pill, verified-by-repro chip, injected-in-
context chip, reflector grade footer) on the right — using the exact dark
tokens just shipped in ui/src/styles.css.
