Crediting System

Implement a system for crediting users who submit captions.

This is being prioritized as YouCap's next major milestone. The roadmap should be pretty straight forward for the site:

• Create a new column in the SQL database for crediting
• When a caption is uploaded, allow someone to credit using their Google Account's first name, last name, or full name. Or they can choose to submit anonymously.
• Add that along with other values to an SQL submission
• Display the credit somewhere in the review studio (likely next to the video title)
• When uploading to a Github file, make the first line begin with credit (perhaps something like YOUCAP_CREDIT:[NAME])
• From there, the crediting system has to be implemented into the extension before the website can be changed.
