[X#3] VSintegration : VOMDI (SDK) template does not compile

If you create a new VOSDK MDI application (SDK style) via the template system, it does not compile due to a missing .bmp:

This is a known issue. If you create a project with dotnet new then it works. The actual template contains the images but VS does not extract them. We have reported this to MS but there is no fix yet.
