Blueprintjs compilation issue with newer version of SASS

Hi @tnrich, any plan to upgrade blueprintjs to version 4.x.x ? We may seeing errors like this when we complie with blueprint css with sass loader. palantir/blueprint#4032

Hey @XingGao-PKI , upgrading to blueprint v4 isn't currently on our roadmap but it will happen at some point down the line. Sorry I can't give you an exact timeline at the moment.
