[Bug]: Quick tag addition scroll in reverse

Description

When using the new tag adder bar, when trying to scroll to see the other tags, you need to scroll up to go right.
This is confusing, as vertical scroll often needs to scroll down to see the rest.

Expected Behavior

You should scroll down, instead of up

Steps to Reproduce

1. Search for tags to add with multiple results
2. Scroll the results

This was intentional on my part, as scrolling down to move right felt unnatural to me when developing and I kept finding myself wanting to scroll down to see the rest of the list, as I would normally scroll down to see more of a vertical list.

Since this is subjective though, I'd like to keep this open and get some more thoughts from more people on the direction they prefer. In the end it may just need to be a new setting.

Ah yeah my bad, I was overthinking it too hard... I don't know why scrolling up to move right feels more natural, but yeah either a new option or I'll get more people's impressions to see if it's just a me thing

Typically in games with hotbars, you'd scroll up to move to the right along the hotbar, which has a similar interaction model to this.

Either way, it'd be best to add an option for this, rather than making assumptions about the user's preferred interaction method.
