[Bug]: Blender 5.0+ thumbnails don't appear

Description

For files created in Blender 5.0+, thumbnails will not be rendered in TagStudio.

Expected Behavior

Thumbnails should be rendered

Steps to Reproduce

1. Save a blend file using blender 5.0 or 5.1

I believe I found the issue quite quickly, the newer blend files have a slightly different header.
Pictured below is how they look, and currently the code only looks at the specific offset the "40" is in (which is the version number i am assuming)

This is a big more complex than just checking for an offset, the new blender file header is a different format, where instead of the 12 byte header the code uses, it is 17 bytes, and is also specified in the file.
The bhead is a different size, it is now 32 bytes.
The length location has also changed, it is now 16 bytes.

But I have made a solution, sped up immensely by AI.
