Overview
Our current CI/CD pipeline doesn't build or deploy any Docker containers to test the actual deployment of the API. We need to add a workflow to deploy and run all tests inside of the relevant Docker containers using docker compose up to deploy. We also need to figure out a way to run OSI tests as they depend on a pre-existing OSI container.
