[Android] Trying to update anything about any Persona fails

Describe the bug

I tried to change Display Name, Pronouns and Avatar, and it looks like the changes to them are applied, but then I exit out of the Persona settings and go back in and my Personas are as they were before, blank. It doesn't seem to have been reported so far so I'm guessing it's exclusive to Android or mobile. I also don't get any error logs when this applying of changes seemingly fails.

Reproduction

1. Using an Android device, either use the Sable Android app or go to dev.sable.moe
2. Go to the Persona settings and update a Persona in any way
3. Exit out of the Persona settings, then go back in
4. Find your changes gone, as if you hadn't made them

Expected behavior

Changes that I make to Personas get applied transparently and reliably.

1. OS: Android 17 (GrapheneOS v2026071501)
2. Browser: Vanadium WebView v151.0.7922.29.0 (based on Chromium WebView)
3. Sable version: v1.20.1-nightly.260722.1826
4. Homeserver: monospacedmagic.dev (running continuwuity:main (commit: 4f1af01bdc) via Podman)

For those who come after: If you don't see the Save button that's part of each Persona in the Persona settings on Android, you are too zoomed in! 😂 Oops.

The underlying issue will be fixed by #1223.
