[Android] Export Settings doesn't do anything

Describe the bug

The Export Settings button appears unresponsive on not-quite-the-latest nightly Tauri 2 Android build.

Reproduction

1. I tap the Export Settings button at the bottom of the General Settings page.
2. Nothing happens.

Expected behavior

When I tap the Export Settings button at the bottom of the General Settings page, it exports my Sable settings either to a predetermined location or asks me for a directory via the OS file picker and then exports the settings there.

Platform and versions

1. OS: Android 17 (GrapheneOS v2026071501)
2. Browser: Vanadium WebView v151.0.7922.29.0 (based on Chromium WebView)
3. Sable version: v1.20.1-nightly.41.1
4. Homeserver: monospacedmagic.dev (running continuwuity:main (commit: 4f1af01bdc) via Podman)

I can reproduce this on the latest nightly (1.20.1-nightly.57.1) as well.
