dropdown menus in video call settings lose focus when speaking

Describe the bug

when in voice room, speaking while trying to select an item in the dropdown lists (resolution and codec) will make them collapse, making it impossible to actually change these settings

Reproduction

1. Join a voice room
2. Open video settings
3. Click a dropdown list, for example screen sharing resolution
4. Speak something so that Sable detects it

Expected behavior

The dropdown lists should not be unfocused by just speaking
