Add Boot Loader Specification entry for RefindPlus

Please add a standard loader:

Additional Context

This will allow other boot managers to chain load RefindPlus.

I usually use systemd-boot, except when booting from that to RefindPlus to then boot an ISO :)

Such should be handled by whatever is deploying RefindPlus.

Bizarre that the AUR deployment is using rEFInd paths and naming for something it is doing from scratch.
This in the install script works, but is very sloppy:
Why assign a rEFInd file name"
Why hardcode despite already assigned to a variable

  dest="${esp%/}/EFI/${target}"
  loader_name='refind_x64.efi'
  loader_rel="EFI/${target}/refind_x64.efi"

I digress, no action planned.
