every time i try to change a setting per example killauras click type or so anything like that it crashes the whole game, any fix?

The issue is very unspecific, so I’m not able to provide a precise fix. This is not normal behavior for the client.
If you are using any mods, try disabling them, as some of them may cause conflicts.
Some OptiFine versions can also cause crashes on startup or conflicts. I recommend using OptiFine_1.8.9_HD_U_M5.
You can also try deleting the .minecraft/keystrokes/ folder and launching the game again.
