[BUG] teleport (in vanilla /spreadplayers system)

Describe the bug

teleport in vanilla /spreadplayers system takes altitude coordinates from the default world, not from the world you are in

i try to tp in miningworld:digging_biome, but altitude from minecraft:overworld
(miningworld industrial upgrade)

Version 1.20.1

This setting should be ignored, right?
