Support & Care image for social media template

PR #360 introduces social media templates for the website including https://open-elements.com/open-graph/support-care.png as image (attached to header metadata) but that png does not exist at all.

attachesd is the S&L logo for usage (no idea about the needed size)

The recommended image ratio for an og:image is 1.91:1. The optimal size would be 1200 x 630.
