TAPI RIA,Yang & Yaml files needs to provide API to configure OAM profile explicitly with attributes to configure profile name etc.

Reference to UC 17c in 6.8.4.3 of TR 547 v3.1.1 should be changed to UC 17.b.3.

UC 17c shows the API to be POST on /tapi-common:context with a profile object in the request body.
It can have these parameters:

But these are all "ro". This is a problem.
