Goal
Create the mockups for password management in NethVoice CTI and NethLink, allowing users to change their password directly from the applications and to handle password expiration without accessing the NS8 portal.
Scope
Create design mockups for:
- Password change from user settings in NethVoice CTI
- Password change from user settings in NethLink
- Expired password flow during login
- Validation and error states based on password policies configured in NS8
- Success and failure feedback after password update
- Edge cases where the user cannot complete the password change
Open questions
- Where should the “Change password” action be placed in NethVoice CTI user settings?
- Where should the “Change password” action be placed in NethLink settings?
- Which password policy details are available from the backend and can be shown before submission?
- After an expired password is changed successfully, should the user be automatically logged in or redirected back to the login screen?
