Allow excluding extensions and speed dials from the centralized phonebook

In NethVoice 8, all configured phonebook sources are always published to the centralized phonebook. In the previous version, it was possible to choose which sources to include. Add a configuration option, preferably an environment variable, to exclude specific sources such as extensions and speed dials from the centralized phonebook.

Steps to reproduce

1. Configure a NethVoice 8 system with extensions and speed dials.
2. Generate or update the centralized phonebook.
3. Open the centralized phonebook from CTI or a phonebook client.
4. Check the listed contacts.

Expected behavior

It should be possible to disable selected phonebook sources, such as extensions and/or speed dials, from being published to the centralized phonebook.

Actual behavior

Extensions and speed dials are always included in the centralized phonebook.
