Bulk-add tasks by pasting lines into ⚙ → Import tasks… (web) or File → Import (paste text) (desktop). This page is the precise format spec, plus a copy-paste AI prompt so you can hand an AI a messy list and get back clean, importable lines.

- Only the title is required. Add other fields only when you know them; omit the rest.
- Fields are separated by
|. Never use|inside a field (it's the delimiter). - The first part with no
key:is the title. If a title contains a colon, write it astitle: Meeting: standupso it isn't mistaken for a field. - Lines starting with
#are ignored (comments); blank lines are skipped; a leading-bullet is stripped. - Field keys accept short aliases:

Due accepts: YYYY-MM-DD, YYYY-MM-DD HH:MM, MM/DD, MM/DD HH:MM,
HH:MM or HHMM (today at that time), today / tomorrow / yesterday (optionally
- a time), a weekday (
mon…sun), a month name + day (Sept 29, optionally + year and/or time),morning/noon/afternoon/evening,midnight, or relative tokens like+2d +3h(units:ddays,hhours,mminutes,wweeks). Don't mix natural words with relative tokens (+1w fridayis invalid — pick one).
A line with an unparseable due or repeat is skipped (and reported), so the rest
still import.

In the web import dialog there's a “Copy AI prompt” button that copies the text below to your clipboard. Paste it into any AI, add your raw tasks where indicated, then paste the AI's output into the import box.
You convert a list of tasks into the import format for the "Tiny Tasklist" app.
Output ONLY the formatted lines — one task per line, no preamble, no bullets, no code fences.
Format per line:
