Feature request: log GPS data

Overall I love the app and use it a lot on my ebike. It would be awesome to be able to (optionally - user settable) log gps data together with the bms data (lat, lon, att and ground speed would be enough). I can help to code or test it, let me know if its feasible.

I like the idea, we might take a look at this in a future update. The next update will be JK BMS support, unlikely to contain that already.

The problem I can think of right now is, that the GPS functions are only active if you are inside the GPS view for battery consumption reasons. Enabling GPS logging would require background fetching, which might drain the battery of users that are unaware of it.
