Ink Workflow actions sent to Ink pre-login get lost

They need to be queued / cached pre login and then invoked once the client is logged in

I don't get in.
Can you explain it more detailed?

1. Log out of ThatInbox
2. Switch to ThatCloud (or other Ink app)
3. 2 finger double tap a pice of content (eg. the picture that says Ink).
   The Ink workspace should launch.
4. Touch "Send Email With Attachment"

What should happen:

1. Presented with the login screen with an indication that there is a
   pending action
2. Login to email
3. The pending action (Send Email with Attachment) is run, opening the
   compose window with the message attached

What happens:

1. Presented login screen
2. Login to email
3. Ink action does not occur
