Algorithm Description:
Hi will soon be running alternating days at different detector gains and eventually moving to the updated gain. The result is that we will need different geometric factors for each pointing. The code for the L1B and L1C changes is implemented in: #3358.
This issue is for the L2 work to integrate the geometric factors that will now be supplied in the PSET and make sure that the math that combines psets with different geometric factors is correct.
