Change Email / Account Deletion

Hi,

I've logged in to try to change my email address, or if I can't do that, delete my account. I can't see this option anywhere and have no idea how to ask for help on this issue besides a bug report. I would be grateful for any assistance!

Please leave an inbox in City Hall on CTR requesting account deletion just so we can verify your username.
