How to change installing version?

ok, just open requirements.txt and change module version there
(I am lack in this)

oh, it's not so simple

ERROR: Could not find a version that satisfies the requirement torch==2.2.1 (from versions: 2.6.0, 2.7.0)
ERROR: Cannot install -r requirements.txt (line 37) and sympy==1.12 because these package versions have conflicting dependencies.

The conflict is caused by:
    The user requested sympy==1.12
    torch 2.6.0 depends on sympy==1.13.1; python_version >= "3.9"

When I've changed the version of torch the other module doesnt support this. How to run this launcher, c'mon

I set just torch and sympy in requirements.txt without versions
its not working
