Diurnal plots - toggle mean/median or remove mean

Personal preference, I don't feel like average & median are both needed. Personally I think keeping median would be more appropriate and removing mean.

@Tom-Kingstone and I have also discussed this being a toggle.

Why not have it as a flag to be passed?

E.g. func(data=data, ax=ax, median=True, mean=False).

Or more pandas-esque, func(data=data, ax=ax, agg=["mean",])?

If using the latter, we could even make it a little more flexible, passing custom aggregators, like quantile like how pandas handles Groupby aggregations (as behind the scenes that's what is being done isn't it?).

I prefer it as a flag to be passed I think, this does have to be callable from c# in a simple way via the LadybugTools Adapter.
