🐛 Error exporting in plugin mode

🗣️ Describe the bug

Attempting to export a rig in plugin mode fails if the resourcepack and/or datapack folder locations are left blank.

⚠️ Error Message

🔄️ How to Reproduce

1. Create a new blueprint or open an existing one
2. Leave the datapack or resourcepack location empty
3. Export the blueprint in plugin mode

✅ Expected Behavior

Because a resourcepack or datapack is not applicable for plugin mode, it should not fail on export.
