Issue Details

Steps to reproduce:
1.Watch a ad heavy livestream
2. personally was watching a livestream by the channel TampaNeverSleeps
3.

Expected Behavior

After a watching a stream for a while it should showcase a miniplayer with ads above the chat in the top right corner

Actual Behavior

an ad will play in the corner of the stream

i checked to see if i was the only one who had this issue but someone else on reddit had the same, but i didn't see a github request here so im trying to make one now. https://www.reddit.com/r/Adblock/comments/1uwbjd5/is_there_a_way_to_block_displaybanner_ads_on/
