Guide book contains outdated content (dead YouTube links, obsolete pages from 1.7/1.10 era)

The in-game guide book still contains content that's out of date, confusing, or references features that no longer function in the current version:

• "Watch video" links on pages point to YouTube videos that may be unlisted (https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=M8LVLw-d100), or no longer relevant to the current version of the mod. These should be updated to current videos, or removed if none exist.

• "The Infamous 'B' Key" page (page 61) describes enabling weAreSeriousPeople in the tomfoolery config category to get a "digestive system" via eating clay and pressing 'B'. The config option still exists and can be set to true, but the actual gameplay behavior tied to it appears to no longer function, this looks like a leftover joke/easter-egg page from a much older version that was never updated or removed when (if) the underlying feature was dropped or reworked.

• Legacy content from old versions (e.g., pages/mechanics dating back to 1.7.10 and 1.10.2-era) still appears in the book even though it no longer reflects current 1.12.2 behavior.

• Old changelog entries for versions far predating this fork also linger in the book, which is confusing since they don't reflect what "OpenBlocks Reopened" itself has changed.

Suggested fix:

• Audit book pages against current mod behavior; strip or update any page describing a feature that no longer works.

• Specifically verify whether the 'B' key digestion mechanic still works with weAreSeriousPeople=true; if not, either fix it or remove/update the book page and consider removing the dead config option.

• Remove or replace dead "Watch video" links.

• Trim in-book changelogs to just this fork's versions, or link out to GitHub Releases instead.
